AMAZING BOOKS! The quality of Catherine Marlin's books is far superior to any other coloring book. Then there are the photos - I can't wait to find time alone to just sit and paint! My favorite books - can't wait for her to come out with another one. (The first picture is made with markers (Bic), and the second with a pencil.

The pages are really big so you can easily color anywhere. Comes with a plastic sheet to place your coloring behind the current page, if you use creators they won't bleed through to other pages. All in all a good coloring book, the only thing I said or wished was that the front and back were really hard to make coloring on the go even easier.

Action Publishing understands the artist. Your illustrations will not be overshadowed by thick dark lines and shading. And with a spiral binding ring, you can lay the book perfectly flat. Also, the quality of the thick single-sided print allowed me to view each page the way I wanted. This is my second purchase and I am very confident that I will purchase the entire line.

This is my second book by this company and I like both. The design is just great, and the paper is thick with a great "tooth". I have enjoyed painting in another book and I know I will do the same with this one. I like the extra plastic wrap that comes with these books. Excellent book. The pages are very thick and dense. The book is spiral shaped so the pages don't fall out. At the top of each page there is a spot where you can see where you can crop the picture if you want to frame it. Some of the images are quite basic and some are very detailed so there is something for everyone. I wish ALL adult coloring pages were like this! I had to buy this coloring book (Forest Paths by Katherine Marlin) after buying Garden Paths and falling in love with it. I'm addicted to coloring books and in my opinion these two books are just as good as Joanna Basford's books. (or better yet, no 2-4 pages to deal with with the standard color binding.)
