Perfect replacement for outer legs

We wanted to put a 55 inch TV on our bedside table in the bedroom. Unfortunately, the cabinet was only 36 inches wide while the TV was 49 inches wide. Like most large TVs, this one had feet on the outside edges, so it wouldn't fit in a narrower cabinet. This sturdy TV stand allowed us to support the TV in the center instead of the edges, allowing us to stack it on a narrow cabinet. An additional benefit of the stand is the ability to raise or lower the TV to different heights. Overall, this is…

Parts mislabeled, wrong instructions, not all tools included.

The product itself is quite strong. However, note that the package does NOT include everything you need to build. You will need at least a small wrench or a small set of sockets to ensure the nuts on the back of the riser are tight. In addition, the instructions refer to the labels of parts that are not included in the kit. Ultimately, you can figure out what you need by comparing the items you actually received against what the instructions seem to call for. For example, one of the steps…

Everything I needed was included.

After reading about the tempered glass feet for these TV table mounts breaking and tipping over the TV I wanted something durable. Settled on this wooden tabletop TV stand. I ordered that. Then read other reviews of how the screws come loose from the wooden base causing the TV to tip forward. The device I just received (8.8.21) completely fixed this problem. The bolts are now screwed into the metal bracket under the tree and the spacers distribute the load across the entire timber base. Problem

Cons
  • Very Expensive

I wanted a wooden base (as opposed to glass) so I could easily attach the base to the shelf that the TV will be standing on. I was concerned that chipboard/MDF/whatever base material might not be strong enough, but it appears strong and is also reinforced underneath by a horizontal steel structure connected to the main vertical steel support post. It was easy to drill and screw the earthquake proof base to my shelf. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and the ease of installation…

This is a TV stand.: TV & Video

Firstly the instructions are wrong with the parts markings so you will have to fiddle around a bit to line up the joints and screws. The instructions are also very simple. Here are some tips. The smooth side goes up, so attach the legs to the side where the exposed metal parts are welded and use a hex wrench to thread the black nuts into the upright on the smooth side. but for the rest, don't rely on the letters matching what's actually in the bag. - Others complain that you need a socket…
