Problem fixed

Used on a 2001 Ford Ranger 2.5L. Fixed cold start sensor non-working condition. I went through the wheel to gain access.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Little things

Indicator needle no longer twitches, great solution

'99 Mazda B2500 indicator needle no longer jumps around, that's settled! I also took care of the pressure gauge bulb. Very satisfied

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Expensive

Still works - replacement parts

Fits a 2000 Mazda B2500 (Ford Ranger). It's just a switch, not a sensor. He put the defective oil pressure sensor back into normal operation. As far as I can tell after a few months of use, it's as good as any OEM part.

Pros
  • Package size: 1.5" L x 2" W x 3.5" H
Cons
  • Quick Start Guide

Do Not Buy!: Engine Parts

I installed this on my '99 Ford Econoline with a 5.4 Trition. After a week of use I made a 108 mile trip into the mountains of Tennessee and the device pulled the strings and poured my oil all the way! Worst purchase, will not buy again.

Pros
  • Item Type: Electronic Switch
Cons
  • Some Small Items

excellent product best among spare parts

installed on my 99 Ranger XLT 2.5L. A bit of paint to get the old one out, but you just have to twist it until the tab on the connector is facing you and then it's easier to remove the cable and then the switch itself. Installed this new one and plugged it in and now my oil pressure gauge isn't bouncing up and down.

Pros
  • country of origin: China
Cons
  • expensive
