I thought this product was new but it came in a torn box with the remains of the Kohl sticker removed indicating that it is a return. Worse, the advertised extras (3-in-1 charger and universal remote) were not included. Unacceptable.

I thought this item was new but it came in a torn box which has had the remains of the Kohl sticker removed indicating this is a returned item. Worse, the advertised extras (3-in-1 charger and universal remote) were not included. Unacceptable.

Update on this issue Revain refunded me, thanks Revain but now I realize it's fake. Please look for a certified Android TV box when purchasing. This is the second box I've bought and I'm very disappointed that it doesn't come with Disney+, despite what it says it does. I don't like false advertising at all for the price I paid and that was one of the reasons I bought it for the Disney+ app.
