I used a Forney wire brush to remove rust and stains from a motorcycle exhaust. It works well. Before using this wire brush for the first time, use wire cutters to cut off some frayed wires that are longer than others. Be sure to wear long jeans, long-sleeved shirts, gloves and a face shield during use as, as with all angle grinder wire brushes, loose wires will fly out from time to time. I recommend this wire brush for its functionality and affordable price.

This wire mug is very decent for the price. Holds up well. The crimped wire on this mug is strong enough to remove paint and surface rust from crevices without scratching the metal surfaces underneath, as a roughly knotted wire mug can sometimes do. I use it all the time with my 5" Bosch angle grinder, which runs at 11,000 rpm and although the mug is now a bit splayed, is everything works quietly and retains most of the bristles so I think it was worth what I paid for it.

I hate talking bad about products. Check out my other reviews. They are mostly positive. But this wire brush is something else. This brush just keeps throwing out wires like it was made to be thrown away. It's hard to see them, but I could hear them banging against my screen protector every second. You can then see them impaled on your body armor. When using this brush I was wearing a body work suit, face shield and safety goggles. Because he was throwing away so many wires, one wire somehow…
