I read other reviews before buying and was nervous. However, read the instructions and it works exactly as written. Perfect fit and very easy to install. NOTE: This covers the unit but you will need to cover the sides and any air ducts for the winter season. I used fair weather tape (transparent) and weather blocker (transparent) to completely surround the area not covered by this product. I installed 45 days ago and it worked! The entire installation took about 15 minutes. Light!

I looked at so many reviews that I decided on this type for my wall mounted air conditioner. it was easy to customize. In addition, the presence of holes for the fork is a big plus. We've had a couple of cold and/or windy nights and this blanket really helped as our room is on the north side of the house. I feel the ceiling is quite thick compared to what I have in my living room. I think you will be happy with this purchase.

I wasn't expecting much when I bought this cover and when my low expectations were still not met I decided to warn people. You can buy this item if you just want to cover the air conditioner without the purpose of blocking wind or even being functional at all. The laces that tighten this lid don't work at all. You tighten them and they retract through the part designed to hold them. This product doesn't even cost five bucks so I'm trying to save some money for the next poor thing. DO NOT BUY…

I ordered three different covers as I have three window air conditioners and wasn't sure which would be the best. Hands down, this is the best of the three. I like the cable holes because it made the case look so much better. I didn't even need the included tip to fit it. I will order another one for a larger conditioner. I recommend anyone looking for an air conditioner cover to buy this product if you can get it in the size you want. I am sincerely sorry that I ordered others.

Good fit, good insulation, efficient drawstring. But for some reason, holes are built into two corners of the lid. I imagine this should help "hook" into the corners of the device, but the unvented corners do the job well and so there are only two large vents for cool air to blow through now. Also, the holes themselves look worn - I installed the cover a week ago and haven't touched it since, so I'm guessing it's just such a cheap material that spontaneously breaks down into its individual…

First I bought this air conditioner cover to keep the horrible smell out of my living room air conditioner which I will be replacing in the spring; So stuff wasn't a deal killer. Second, I still don't understand why the manufacturer puts a black rubber band on a white air conditioner cover. Did I mention I just wanted to get rid of bad odors from the previous owner's air conditioner? Either way, it's fine if you don't care about aesthetics; but for my draughty bedroom i will order a "nicer"…
