This is a great cooker apart from a few flaws. The grill is made of unfired cast iron and is therefore difficult to keep clean. The taller burners are on the left as I've gotten used to the right as a right hander. It was also said that he would include a frying pan as a bonus but was never given one.

I bought a 30" 5 burner Futile hob - a central mega burner, ideal for pots of pasta. The right rear is a cooking burner and I love it. I've adjusted to the performance difference between this and my 20 year old hob due to having to use lower settings than I'm used to. But it only required a minor modification to the kickstand to achieve the perfect fit and it really is a beauty. Powerful, well made.

That's awesome! It extracts a lot of heat from the center burner and the rest does a good job too. It looks great and works well, overall I'm happy with my purchase. Things, even on a low level, could be my gas line above the hob. Here's my only complaint. The racks that you place your pot or pan on simply sit on top and have a small ridge on the top of the stove that holds them in place. Found several times. Then he fell while cooking.

I was planning to buy a Samsung hob but the delivery time was over 60 days and I needed a replacement for my broken GE hob. We really like this hob. After about 3 months. The only complaint I have is that when I tell you stainless steel is delicate, I mean it's delicate! When you breathe on it, it scratches. I see now that the stainless steel plate needs to be replaced annually, at least in this house. I use a high quality stainless steel cleaner with a soft cloth to clean the stainless steel surface. We also love the cooktop, which is why I give Shear 5 stars for its performance.

For a long time (over 30 years) I had to live with an electric hob. I was finally able to convince my wife to switch to the NG hob. I wanted a hob that supports or integrates wok cooking. It's hard to strike a good balance between high and high find performance burners with low power but enough overall power to make sense. This makes it a reasonable price. We had a small dent from shipping and they immediately offered a replacement or discount. Good customer service. I ordered this hob in February and within a month of using it the center burner suddenly turned off automatically (see attached video). Contacted Futile via email and initially they responded and asked me to try a few different solutions. Note that this product failed within a month of use and had a five year warranty and they wanted me, the buyer, to try to fix the problem rather than send a tech.
