Leaks - Cannot be turned by hand

Leaks - Turning the top master nut unscrews it - Must use a wrench to turn - Has only one o-ring - Have the same Four Seasons 84706 of one Bought another seller, it had 2 o-rings and it worked great.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Some trouble

Absolutely useless, had to shoot again.

I'm sorry but today I installed a valve in the heater hose on my Jeep CJ7 and it was leaking around the handle valve stem. I've tried setting it up but to no avail. Absolutely unusable, had to be removed again to avoid losing engine coolant. Very bad product!

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Reliability

Everything is ok. I wanted to use it to separate my coolant from the secondary heater in my car. After checking it out at the local farm store too, I found that the one in the farm store looked more solid and had a lever with a ball valve instead of "screwing in". I kept it but didn't use it.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions

Works well but immediately leaks from the threads of the handle.

Does what it's supposed to do, but thread leaks immediately in any position (from wide open to tightly closed). When first installed it was dripping off the threads on the valving screw at the top of the fitting every few seconds at the operating temperature/pressure. I saw other buyers left the same reviews but I thought I might get lucky. Unfortunately, no. Due to corrosion and systemic impurities in the coolant, the leak has reduced somewhat after 1500 miles, but it's still dripping a few…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Short instructions
