We are a start up business and need lighting for small dog photo shoots. These lights are perfect for the job. We ended up ordering a brighter ceiling light, but that's only because we have fast-moving dogs. If it was a person or an object that wasn't moving, then everything would be fine. I really like these wonderful, flexible lamps. The visors have a tear away velcro in the center which prevents tearing when attaching the flexible rods that hold the cover in place and the dual diffusers work well and give off really soft light. I was concerned about how strong the light hair would be, but the counterweight is adequate (take some clean sand with you) and all the posts feel stable up to full extension. As the title says, this kit offers LOTS of light for the price. When I got my photography degree many years ago, an equivalent setup would have cost over $1,000 back then (in the 1990s dollars). You will hardly be able to beat the quality of gear for the same price. The material of the light boxes looks high-quality, heavy and the diffusers are clean and white. We've been using the Interfit F5 kit at home for a while but it's too much to try and carry around so I bought it to use Lightweight to use portable setup for short trips, video interviews and lifestyle/food pictures. The light output of this kit is pretty decent and it has some of the same features as the F5 kit with the ability to turn on some of the bulbs.
