Description of Fowler 52 440 777 Stainless Universal Protractor

Dial has cutout window for degrees, with two colors and clock-style hand to facilitate reading. Twelve subdivisions for each degree to measure intervals of 5 minutes. Made of hardened stainless steel with a satin chrome finish. Comes with acute angle attachment and fitted wooden case.

Low precision, high precision.

Nice features. High accuracy but low accuracy. The measured values constantly deviate from known standards by half a degree. Contacted Fowler about a way to reset her, but it's not possible. I will send them back. (mine has sixty seven doll hairs)
