Fox Run 3137566 Non Stick Bakeware Review

I just needed a knife to put away so my friend wouldn't scratch my pans with a metal knife. It's not big at all, but it does its job, so I'm the complaining guy. Easy to use and prominent in a drawer full of knives. Easily cuts cakes and lasagne.

I couldn't stand all the scratches on the non-stick baking pan but figured it was just part of the deal. The knife is strong enough to cut even well-made cakes and the pans look brand new. Recommend one (or two) of these in every kitchen!

Update: Well I applied it pretty well today as you can see and it worked great! Do not bend and cut very well without scratching, this is the keeper! What is purity? I'm tired of stealing plastic knives and almost stabbing myself when they break, cutting through cakes or other baked goods. It's perfect for things like this, a must have!

Bought this for a friend. She needed a good knife that could be used on almost any surface. She really likes this one. She has rheumatoid arthritis in her hands and can use them with little or no problem. Also, she loves the color. She says it's hotter than she really needs, but doesn't complain. She talked about it so well I could have bought one just like it.

Not as strong as I would like, especially for basic cake cutting. My wife was constantly annoyed with breaking disposable plastic cake cutters (in a non-stick pan) so I bought her one of these just for fun. she loved it! Until it broke after a few months. They're better than single use plastic and if you cut the brownies before they get too cold they might last a long time. But I took 2 just in case.

I bought one of these knives years ago and have used it with all my non-stick metal pans and baking sheets to loosen food after it was baked and to cut things like brownie shape out of it after baking as it cooled . Cakes should always be at room temperature before slicing. That being said, they can be very difficult to cut - they are very tough (at least for the tough ones we love). I just had my third knife replaced because it broke. I was slicing a thick piece of baked goods in a 9" pan and when I used the side of the blade to move the sliced piece aside so I could insert a small spatula, the handle broke.
