Made a great cake for my going away party. The mold came out of high quality and with careful greasing and flouring this cupcake doesn't get stuck in a super detailed shape!

This is a classic curved fish shape for salmon mousse or jelly molds. Molded mousse is a great dish for a pot party, and you can mix Greek yogurt with whipped cream to make it less greasy. The mold is made of sheet steel. To ensure your molds don't stick, brush the inside with a neutral flavored oil.

The edges were razor sharp and we didn't realize it until we washed them before use. Big big clue as water turned red from 4 razors like cuts on hands. I reported this issue to Revain and they were advised to discard the item and receive a full refund. Just an FYI on this product. Revain was amazing but it was hell with my hands for a week.

I bought this pan to make snapper fishcakes for my dad's 60th birthday party. The pan was easy to work with and the cake popped out immediately once you greased the pan enough.
