I'm just starting out at disc golf so don't need as many discs as the pros. So I grabbed this little starter kit and am very impressed! It's a really good choice for beginners, with a disc for every situation you might find yourself in: driving, mid and putting. They look good and seem to be quite durable. I like this Franklin 3 disc set. It has a very standard driver, midrange and sticks that players will want to start with. They are very strong and should hold up well. Unlike some other brands, they are less matte and shinier. It offers good grip but I don't expect the finish to hold up over time. It's not negative, just different.
