🔪 Genuine Fred The Obsessive Chef Bamboo Cutting Board, 9x12-inch Review

So I have mild OCD so this would be the perfect chopping board or so you think. Yes, this is extremely useful for large cuts, but the smaller ones marked on the board are too small to be practical. At least for me. The board design is very good. Continuous. Don't move recklessly or anything like that. I assume that's a cutting board? Would I buy it again? Definitely.

My brother-in-law wanted something like this for Christmas. Here we are in March and it's almost unusable. He works in a professional kitchen so is pretty good with a knife but wanted to work on his size and consistency at home. Enter this product. He's used it several times and it looks like he's been through something horrible despite treating him well. Wouldn't buy again, not worth the money.

My husband is an obsessed cook! He is always very precise and meticulous in his haircut. If the recipe calls for potatoes to be cut into 1 inch pieces, he will do so. I actually bought it for him for fun because it's so accurate, but he loved it. It really uses grid lines and measurements to accurately dice food. Also, this is a good lightweight cutting board. If you know an obsessive, perfectionist chef, this is a great gift idea.

My husband and I like to look at uniforms and it will help us a lot! This is smaller than some of our other cutting boards. I forgot to check the dimensions before ordering, but we plan to use it for veggies. Make sure the measurements in the description match the length you want. Received as a gift a few years ago and just loved it. It appeals to my sense of the absurd. Yes, great topic of conversation. However, contrary to what some reviewers say, I actually use mine quite a bit to make consistently perfect 1/4" cubes, nice 1/2" discs, or whatever. It's so handy I bought another one to give to an equally obsessed friend. I deducted a star because the wood started to splinter after just a few uses. Conditioning the board 2-3 times a year seems to have solved the problem

I was very happy with this cutting board. I saw it advertised elsewhere but could never find it in stock. The board has been very useful as I have used it numerous times in the short 6 months I have had it in my kitchen.
