Excellent Customer Service and Very Easy to Use

I like how easy it was for me as someone who has never used this software before! It took only minutes of learning all about what you can do once your account gets set up properly (which isn't difficult at ALL). The interface could be better if there were more options available - but they are coming soon so keep checking back often!! We have been able use Fredrick from our first day until now without any issues or problems getting started using their product/service- we even got help setting…

An Amazing Website Platform That Has Increased My Business

Some disadvantages I like how easy it was for us to navigate through their website and create an account as well as start building our list of clients. They were very helpful throughout the entire process; they answered all questions we had! We've been able to keep track of our appointments and communicate directly with our customers via text message or call when needed. Amazing culture with exceptional customer service

I have enjoyed working at Fredrick for over 6 years now! The people are amazing as well; it makes me feel so good when customers come into my store or call saying they love how friendly our staff members were during their visit/call.
