Amazing DIY tool for nails and staplers

Finally completing a seismic retrofit per Simpson's instructions in my nearly 100 year old home in San Diego. Attaching the board to the edge joint is not possible without a nailer. Other than that, I've never heard of nail pullers; I heard it now, along with my neighbors. ratta-tat-tat; cathartic song. Added brackets to touch sections - and no ER trips. Last month I used this tool to drive a few thousand nails in a decking project. Not a single bent nail, it's amazing and easy. Don't get me wrong, the manly side of me loves to wield a hammer, but for up-close nail hammering this tool is essential. Plus: It just works. So simple that even a child can handle it. It even slightly impressed my skeptical friend!

, I needed to build the foundation for my tar shed and when I looked at the situation the general advice was to use nails rather than screws.
