Smooth Sailing with this Bit!

This router bit is an excellent addition to any Industrial and Scientific cutting tool collection. The radius it creates is smooth and consistent, making any project look professional. The bit stays sharp for multiple uses and is made with durable materials. The only downside is that it can be a bit pricey compared to other router bits on the market. Overall, a highly recommended choice for any serious woodworker looking to create flawless canoe joints.

Pros
  • Durable and strong joint design for canoes
Cons
  • Difficult for novice users to install properly and requires precision in measurements and cutting

Great for making a bead

Worked great for a detail added to a woodwork, haven't used it for 'canoe joint' although I'm sure it works fine would work with "conjugation". 'Cutter. This leaves a long caterpillar as it runs through the router rather than the chute. If you look to the right of the cutting image, you can see that the empty space is left after cutting.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Does exactly what it should and does it very well.

I had to make some custom slats for a canoe shaped baby cradle, like a reduced middle third of a cedar strip canoe, and I've always made the shape by hand. I didn't want to buy an expensive specialty cutter for a small project, but the result was worth it. The bassinet was beautiful and because it was so easy I was able to make more custom wooden boards.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
