Everything I wanted

This cymbal carving tool does exactly what I wanted and needed. Such a time saver. You must sink the bit slowly into hard/dense wood or it will splinter. Smooth running and very aggressive.

Opens up so many possibilities!

I bought this racket after looking at some YouTube reviews and it's amazing! This is one of those moments where it changes the game in your workshop, since the only alternative is hand-carved wood. Freud is a trusted brand and I would not hesitate to buy this item again.

Perfect for bowls, trays or similar.

This is a great piece, like all my other Freud pieces. Cuts clean, bearing runs smoothly. I didn't get a chance to see it in person before buying it and was surprised at how big it was when I received it. While this is absolutely not Freud's fault, if I had to buy again I would choose a smaller one. For templates I use 3/4" thick plywood to make shallow cuts.
