Terrible Ignition Switch, Avoid At All Costs

We purchased this switch for an automotive project, hoping for improved performance. Unfortunately, using this product, our team found that it malfunctioned frequently and caused significant issues with our engine. While the price point was attractive, the poor quality of this switch left us frustrated and disappointed.

I'll never have to worry about getting my lawnmower keys out of my pocket again

They all work. I can't tell you how many times I've panicked because I unconsciously tossed the key in my pocket and then drove it through the laundry. When I washed my laundry at the public laundry, I always thought that if it didn't stay in the washing machine, I wouldn't be able to mow it. Now. Hello, I have 5!

Doesn't work in the new 2021 JD 1025R

Doesn't quite fit the keyhole no matter how hard I press. They look almost exactly like the OEM key (which works smoothly and easily) but should be oversized. I almost had to use pliers to remove the last one I tried. I considered putting it on a sanding disc or scotchbrite to reduce the size, but then I changed my mind. I will try another brand. I'm wondering if all those 5 star thriving reviews (read before you buy) are true and the manufacturer recently changed the way the key is made?
