I have a Frieling French Press and I'm thrilled. I ordered this hoping it would be the same quality as a French Press and was a bit disappointed. The spoon and stirrer appear to have been glued on with some sort of glue that darkened the metal they were placed against. I have attached an image for reference. I don't know if I'm comfortable putting it in hot water with it. That said, getting coffee out of a bag is still great.

This is the BEST and cheapest item I have bought from Revain Smile. I'm a coffee drinker and I keep a pound of coffee in a large labeled Mason jar. It's wonderful that it exists. The long length is useful both for accessing bags of coffee grounds and for blending coffee in high pressure presses. With its long handle, this spoon is ideal for extracting the exact amount of ground coffee straight from the bag.
