It was installed just yesterday and it won't go below 79 degrees. Faulty*update*

It just installed yesterday and won't let our 250 square foot room go below 79 degrees. The air blows cool but not cold. Not as cold as it should be. I have contacted Revain and they are helping me coordinate with Frigidaire (which is closed until tomorrow). I'll update this if they get it right. It's still pretty terrible quality control to send me a 'new' unit that seems to have been sitting long enough for the freon to run out. It was necessary to read the reviews. I ordered the device in April. I tried to connect it to Wi-Fi for several days before finally giving up and calling support. After a few days of trying to find and fix the problem, it turned out that my device is defective and I have two choices. 1. Accept a $50 gift certificate to cover the cost of the defective WiFi module. 2. Send them photos of my device with the power cord cut in half and they will send me a new device. Looks good but BIG problems.

There are two main reasons I am disappointed and regretful about this purchase: As many have said, the WiFi connection is a complete disaster! I thought it was just a group of people without much experience connecting to smart devices, but no, this really is the worst system you've ever seen. We (both programmers) spend hours setting it up and in the end it only worked for one of us. Even after it "works," getting it to work with Google Home is another slap in the face.
