#fritzdarkwaterbetta love it!

This product saves lives and tanks. My Betta loves it. super easy. No mess, no junk to dig up later. The price is also a bonus.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Not worth the money

It didn't color my water at all. Such a low concentration and not worth the money. Instead, you'd better buy catappa leaves and wood for tannins.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Just stick with the real IAL

Honest. I was stupid to buy that. I get more of the SAME EXTRACT just by cooking the leaves. and you can buy giant sheets like 12-15 giant sheets for $3 more. Basically you're putting in $7-8 on catapΓ© tea.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Security

No darker at Aquarium Water Treatments

It does have tannins, but it doesn't make your water "dark". I feel like the label should say "Tannin Water" instead of the misleading "Dark Water". Your other products are amazing so I'm not sure what happened here.

Pros
  • Top marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Write later

Great product but needs more

I like the product but wish it was in a big bottle, the reason it's in a small bottle is because people are good at tapping in For keeping small aquariums, I have a 10 gallon aquarium and 2 bottles - that's how much I need to adjust dosing. But it's a very good product and I would highly recommend it if you have a small aquarium of 5 gallons or less.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Minor issues

Betta is not suitable for aquarium water treatment

This product may suit some but I did not feel comfortable using it. Seems like you would have to use it a lot to make a difference in the water. I usually use a different line of fish products, each with a small aluminum liner or outer casing. This product had no seal inside or out. I have four tanks and only added this product to one tank. Unfortunately this fish died. I won't say this product was the cause of my fish's death because I used a very small amount, but it was the only thing I did…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Damaged

Doesn't work!: Aquarium Water Treatment

I was so disappointed. I have always used IAL but I recently got algae and things seemed to get worse with real leaves in the tank. So I decided to give it a try as it was recommended by other Betta.1 staff. I first tried the recommended dosage in my 10 gallon aquarium... absolutely nothing happened. Nothing at all.2. I decided to try this in my secondary tank (1.5 gallons and had no fish in it). I literally ended up with you pouring the rest of the 1.5 gallon bottle and NOTHING HAPPENED! WHOLE

Pros
  • Permanent Finish
Cons
  • Secret
