These hood supports were too long for a '92 Camaro and the metal for the main bracket is very cheap metal. Broke on third use.

No pressure on the hood struts. When we installed it and pulled the support leg we were using out from under the hood, the hood nearly crushed my mate's fingers as he collapsed.

Bought for a 1991 Camaro. While they were well made and there was nothing wrong with the construction, they were about 3/4 inch longer. I had to send them back and look for something else.

spacers are really good once you put them on. I had real problems with the clips holding the posts in place, they are not very good and not the same as the ones on the posts I removed.

Not suitable for 86 iroc as described. The damper is longer than the original. It compresses too much to fit him. Scratched all the paint on the hinge when trying to put it back on. The photo on the left is original, on the right new.
