Product is good but measurements are inaccurate

I need a 3/8" wide x 1/8" thick exterior door seal and this is advertised as what I need. However, when the roll arrived it was actually 3/4" wide, not 3/8". Luckily I was able to cut the strip lengthwise down the middle to get the required 3/8" width. There are 2 narrow strips of adhesive tape on the back with a small space in the middle so I can trim to the correct width. On the Packaging also says it's 3/8" wide. Strange. It's definitely a lot stronger and I'm sure it will last longer, although I had some issues with it sticking to one side. You need to make sure the frame you apply it to is COMPLETELY clean. Any residue, rough wood, etc. will prevent it from sticking as well. I had to scrape mine carefully with a razor to remove any glue/foam residue first. The only problem I…
