Great for drain maintenance

This worked great for cleaning drains in a kitchen sink we rented that was draining slowly. Worked great and was strong enough to snake way down the drain

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Interval

Exactly what I needed!

Works great! Even after using Drano and bleach twice (not at the same time) the bathroom drain still smelled awful. 30 seconds after using this device, the smell is gone and the drain works fine

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • High price

Great for the air gap in the dishwasher

We had problems with the dishwasher overflowing; This brush was the perfect size to eliminate the line between air gap and disposal. Just pour some hot water into the air gap and brush through a few times. Great tool

Pros
  • Special Offer
Cons
  • Some small things

Longer than it looks

I bought this to clean aquarium tubes that have curves and bends in them. It cleans really well but doesn't bend easily and is way longer than I need. For the most part it does what I need it to do, but I wouldn't buy it unless you have a longer piece that doesn't have a 90 degree angle.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Factor Set

Kitchen dishwasher air gap cleaning: perfect!

The ideal length and number of bristles for cleaning the line from the air gap (dishwasher) to the outlet of the kitchen sink. Smaller diameter than a regular water snake = better flexibility, easier storage, perfect length, does the job very well + MUCH cheaper! I haven't had to use this tool for other stocks, but I see no reason why it can't get the job done when the length required to probe is <= 20 inches.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Almost everything under control

Works well but the brush isn't wide enough

Great idea but didn't make the brush diameter wide enough. Tried on 3 household drains. The brush does not fit snugly enough against the inside walls of the pipe to knock off material stuck to the pipe. If the brush was a bit wider it would work much better. Anyway, you can't push the brush against the pipe walls because the shaft is flexible. It only flexes when you try to rub the sides of the tube up and down.

Pros
  • is clear to the old one too
Cons
  • A few minor things

Good for small jobs

Not full 360° brush head. That's less than I thought I would have bought. 1-1/4" diameter at the widest point. I lowered it into the spill pan and pulled out some junk which I believe is causing the bad smell. The flex is just enough to get around near the handle Corners to come but maybe a little loose when it goes down the drain I would like a bigger and thicker brush to fully clean the walls of the pipe Let's see if that's enough to solve my problem.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Great for tricky drains and HVAC lines

I bought this brush to replace an HVAC brush that a mouse ate. I believe if he/she wants to eat it, it will hit his teeth hard! (evil laughter) Great brush, less flexible than the plastic version but more durable. So it's a compromise, but I think it's worth it. I've used it to clean several sink drains. This works especially well for sink overflows, which I think few of us remember/ever think about cleaning. Note Note. Can't speak to cleaning the deep grease oil lines, but it definitely helped

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • So far so good
