    They work well for what I use them for

    I use them on a maple syrup reverse osmosis system. I have 3 membranes in series and run 1.5% juice down to 7-8% at a rate of about 80 gallons per day. They work well for what I use them for.

    Works like expensive ones.

    Stop paying $70 for a 100GPD cone. They work just as well as the expensive ones. Fits my Hydrofarm R/O Eliminator system. Excellent replacement membrane. I buy several of these each year as I use a lot of filtered H2O.

    Works very well, the price is lower than others.

    I use a reverse osmosis system to purify water for reef aquariums. My incoming well water is usually around 180ppm. After replacing my old filter with this one, my process water was down to 5ppm and the waste was around 240ppm. Very happy with the performance.

    Very short lifespan

    After 6 months I noticed a slight smell of sulfur in the reverse osmosis water. I checked it with a TDS meter and it was over 500 - slightly less than the very hard water I'm feeding into and more than the previous DOW Filmtec filter that was over 2 years old allowed on replacement. Looks like he's back in the DOW for twice the price.

    first let me say that the delivery was fast. Good for the product. It's good that the bag was not sealed and the membrane was dry. It may have been on the shelf for too long even though I installed it. My PPM was 92 before installation and after working with this membrane for a day it's down to 26 PPM. Better than before, but not 100%. i can return it To update. The replacement came and is in the same condition as the first one. I will be returning it and will not buy from this company again.

    long-term review. Get what you pay for.

    Bought this membrane for 100 GPD to save on replacing my HydroLogic unit. Brand new (after an hour of washing) it produced 80ppm water from 450ppm tap water. Disappointing considering the old membrane gave me 4 parts per million water. If you look closely at the specifications, this membrane only has a rejection rate of 97%, which is actually quite low. I've been using it for 6 months - the pH in my nutrient tanks has always gone up and now it's producing 175ppm water. The last straw was that I
