I like how easy it was for me as an end user (myself) to navigate through all aspects of this product without assistance from any other person that works at my organization or who has worked before there. It's very simple but also fairly capable when you need more complex functions than what can be done within its basic capabilities alone; however if your needs are extremely specific then perhaps another solution would suit better? I love that it's easy for my customers (and myself) when we are out at an airport! It allows me/us access anywhere via our phone or computer so if there was ever any issues they could be resolved quickly without having them come down into work just because i am not able too fix things right away!!
