Frustrated Faulty wireless remote control

I received a remote control that is not working and will not connect to my Bluetooth. It wasn't my phone as other items connect with no problem. I contacted Revain to inquire about a new remote, the first employee stated that she would see how she could get me a new remote, then out of nowhere I was switched to another employee, long story short, me was told i couldn't get another remote but they wanted me to return the product, get a refund and buy another light. Why should I settle for thatโ€ฆ

Cannot support the weight of my iPhone XR.

oh my god. Maybe the item I received is just a lemon. I was hoping for a reliable device to hold my iPhone and capture videos of my work and good product images to sell online. Guess I'll have to keep looking and throw this one away! After I put it back together, the extension that actually holds the phone started tipping all over the tripod even before I added the phone's weight. And once the phone was attached to the arm and the "adjustable" mount, trouble happened. The weight of the phoneโ€ฆ

Overall a good and value for money purchase, I recommend for an entry level flashlight

Overall this is a great product for the price. I like its brightness, the ease of use of the remote control and the different lighting settings. My only complaint with this product is that the O display doesn't stay in place when my phone is tipped onto a tripod. I also wish there was a wireless setup, but at least I can connect it to a power bank to make it more portable. For $13 I won't get mad
