Oh my god. Maybe the item I received is just a lemon. I was hoping for a reliable device to hold my iPhone and capture videos of my work and good product images to sell online. Guess I'll have to keep looking and throw this one away! First, after assembly, the extension arm that actually holds the phone began to tilt all over the tripod even before adding weight to the phone. And once the phone was attached to the arm and the "adjustable" mount, trouble happened. The weight of the phone knocked the tripod over immediately, although I positioned all three legs outward for stability. Then when I tried while I was concentrating on the artwork for the video, the phone fell out of its holder. The tripod legs slide around everywhere and extend on their own. The light flickers annoyingly when switched to the highest level. There is always a bright spot somewhere, just not in the work I have to take up. If it weren't for shipping now, I would send it back. Instead, there will be a free post about everything in a local Facebook group.
