I received a remote control that is not working and will not connect to my Bluetooth. It wasn't my phone as other items connect with no problem. I contacted Revain to inquire about a new remote, the first employee stated that she would see how she could get me a new remote, then out of nowhere I was switched to another employee, long story short, me was told i couldn't get another remote but they wanted me to return the product, get a refund and buy another light. Why should I settle for that when my ring light is so much higher now. I have a ring light that works fine, but I don't have a remote control. I am extremely disappointed.
