Paper tears easily leaving streaks on wall. Maybe because of the foam pad it's attached to, but it's disappointing nonetheless.

I have used many other drywall sanders and have to say this product is absolutely the best (entire system). It's perfect for working on an entire wall (I usually do level 5 finishes). The balance and light head allow you to get any job done quickly. This is essential for my drywall work.

It worked better than I thought it would. Flaring the joints did the job much better than the rectangular drywall caulk. I had very few sanding marks that I could have touched up or left behind. My only problem I can find is that I have to be more careful in corners. I got too close and there was too much dirt. Works faster and better not to mention the best value for money if you think time is money.

What a difference in my sanding jobs. I am a keen DIY enthusiast, I had to sand down the kitchen/living room/dining room after installing new drywall on the ceiling. I can't tell you how effective this product is. It rotates and moves easily and the head never gets stuck while grinding. Very impressive. I bought different sanding sheets to accommodate them. I used Dust Control grout sealer for the top coat, sanded with this product and got a 5 star finish! It will be in the cupboard until I use
