FullContact is a must for any business!!

I like that it has all my info in one place so if i need anything else for another account they are right there with me! It's not super easy but once you get used to how everything works then no problems at this point!! If your looking into getting more information than just email address etc - go ahead give them try because their customer service team really does care about what products/services we want help using. They will make sure every question gets answered quickly as well. We have…

  • Can add other contact data too including LinkedIn profiles which is great especially helpful w customers who don't know any better ways

This product has been great as always

The most important factor is that i can connect with the customer and follow up. I have received a lot of compliments for the services that i provide. The problem with the service is that the customer's data is not saved securely. The company's data and information is safe but that does not have to say the same for the customer's data. I have never encountered an issue that really made me lose my patience. The only thing that is really hard to understand is the communication. I have used this…

Very nice platform very quick setup even from an Admin perspective

I like how easy it was for me (a non technical person) that we could set up our own profile with my contact info as well as have multiple contacts in one place so they are not spread out all over other sites you need access too! Also love when someone wants their email address removed but there's no way to do this unless your another customer who has already added themselfs first which makes sense because if i wanted anyone else to add themselves then why wouldnt'i want everyone adding…
