This product has been great as always

The most important factor is that i can connect with the customer and follow up. I have received a lot of compliments for the services that i provide. The problem with the service is that the customer's data is not saved securely. The company's data and information is safe but that does not have to say the same for the customer's data. I have never encountered an issue that really made me lose my patience. The only thing that is really hard to understand is the communication. I have used this software for a month now and i really enjoy it. I am able to connect with the customer and i am also able to follow up with the customers.
