This product is a disappointment. Its bulb is too weak to help train a dog. Can't believe I fell for the overhype. The only pro is that it is waterproof. Still, it's a waste of Pet Supplies budget as it doesn't do what it's meant to do. Save your money.

Firstly I liked the packaging design, elegant and understated. The collar and remote control look very stylish and high quality. Second, the material of the collar isn't as stiff as others I've used before, which irritated my dog's skin. Third, the instructions are very easy to understand and follow. So far we haven't had any problems with the collar. This works very well. Highly recommended! It's absolutely worth the money.

We love this training collar. I love that I can attach a second collar (must be ordered separately) if you have multiple dogs. Very easy to resize. The sound is loud but not harsh (maybe for a dog but not for a person). The vibration really serves its purpose. But in case of a shock you can start really low and it handles different levels very well. The remote control is easy to use, and I understand that I can't accidentally shock to make noise.
