So far I like these pedals, they feel pretty solid, light weight and the footpegs hold up really well and I would definitely recommend them as a good replacement for mountain bike pedals.

Funn Black Magic flat surfaces are a great choice for pedals and offer excellent value for money. The pins are interchangeable like the rest of the gear. The profile has a concave shape to provide not only grip but also comfort. Not the easiest option, but not the hardest either.

I really like these pedals. I bought these for my dirty sweater and they are perfect. I probably wouldn't buy them for serious DH riding in wet conditions, but for anything else I don't think you can beat their value. The pins aren't as extreme as other pedals, which is why I love them for my DJ; I don't think they hold up that well in the slop. But for less than $40, they look amazing and feel even better. And the gold needles are sick!

First: FUNN is a medium tier parts maker. not too expensive like some MTB brands and not cheap fakes. simply fill the middle price range with high-quality components. I have them for size, weight, grip and color. So far they haven't shown any sign of weakness, even after a few pedal strokes on the hard rocks of Arizona. that they go pretty well with my YT izzo was a plus for me.
