Bought to replace the one that was torn apart in a dog fight. Although their battery life is terrible. Even after a full charge, we were fortunate that they lasted just over a day without use. It's on standby. Unless I have bad batteries or such, these things don't seem to save on standby like others that have lasted almost a week.

We have three big dogs, one of them barks a lot. One is an escape artist who prefers to sleep in my husband's chair. Noise works great to get their attention. Vibration is all the Husky needs. Shepherds react to shock. WE HAVE NO MORE PROBLEMS! All collars are on a remote control, easy to use. Excellent quality, long battery life. The best distance learning collar I've ever had. I have three dogs so I bought this because it came with three collars. I'm happy with the battery life and the ease of switching between collars on the controller. The effects are more intense than other brands I've used, so start VERY low. In some situations I needed it before level 70, but here we don't need it after level 10. I really like these collars and how easy they are to adjust for any dog. The only problem I have is two yellow collars and when I take them I want to know which collar is which. So for our girl I painted the little sweater on the holder pink and now I know which dog gets which collar. I left the collars a bit longer in case I need to lengthen them in the future, but I actually need to shorten them a bit more. This product works. Too good. The lowest setting of 1 in 99 has my 16 lb and 22 lb dogs squealing in pain. We have tried all 3 collars on ourselves and the 1st option hurts me and leaves marks on my arm. I don't understand why the lowest setting has to be so high when there are 98 higher settings.
