Improved Engine Performance!

After I put it to the test, this positive crankcase ventilation valve has made a noticeable difference in my engine's overall performance. With improved emissions and better fuel efficiency, I am extremely happy with my purchase. The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only downside is that it may not be compatible with all makes and models of vehicles.

Pros
  • Improved engine performance, better fuel efficiency, clear instructions.
Cons
  • Not compatible with all vehicles.

valve pcv 07 pt crusier

I see good quality OTHER, time will tell? This was for a non-turbo 07 pt Crusier. So I wrapped the threads in teflon tape, the OEM I removed had pipe grease on the threads. This Fram PCV valve fits tighter, was happy with it and works as it should.

Pros
  • exhaust and emissions
Cons
  • availability for exchange

Good, but. Best Exhaust & Emission Ratings

Will work on a 2003 PT Cruiser, however the valve was missing the plastic check valve guide on the inside of the longer tube. I know because the original would have had one. However, the original ones do not switch off under air pressure, these ones do. The lack of the guide creates a rattling noise from the valve closing mechanism. I'm wondering if this is intentional or just a defective part? Let's see how long this lasts.
