This sturdy case is 2cm thick when closed and the magnetic drawstring closure folds back fully when not in use so it doesn't get in the way of your viewing is. Fine. It's good that there are card slots, but I don't need them. In terms of durability, I feel like my iPad mini won't break along with the material it's made of if I accidentally drop it. I love that it has a pen holder, but when it does have a pen, the magnetic clasp to close the case rarely stays in place. Although the cover is strong and attractive, the big downside is that I can't access any of the ports - neither the power connector nor the headphone jack - without removing it because it's so thick! I would not recommend it for this reason.

I just had to buy another one because mine looked terrible. It didn't quite turn out to be a whole year. I bought it in July 2019 and bought a new one 2 weeks ago. Overall it's a nice case, but it doesn't last long, and as the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for." Then I noticed the material was torn at the back crease as well.
