Photos show the first controller with scratches and scuffs on several parts. What else was wrong: 1. I am a bit disappointed with this product. First use was easy to install, easy to use and appears to be very durable. Well 3 weeks into use when my 5lb tank was empty I of course had to put it down to swap an empty for a full one. I brought home a full one and plugged the regulator back in, but now I can get the PSI down to around 25 even with the knob fully open. I've been struggling with the "top" regulator for almost a year now, trying to "get it". The controller I am mentioning here is the brand that gets mentioned 9 times out of 10 when someone asks on FB what brand of controller to buy.
