Memory failed within 10 months + poor customer service

As the title says, memory failed within 10 months. After contacting the company to replace the failed device, the company keeps redirecting me or ignores all replies. I contacted the company, they redirected me to the RMA page to fill out the form. I filled out the form and then received an email confirming that I filled out the form correctly and that I will receive a response within 72 hours regarding the next steps. 88 hours later I still hadn't received a reply so I emailed them again…

Deadstick after 4 months!

EDIT: Respond quickly and remind me of their lifetime warranty! One day I turned on the computer and the motherboard didn't send any message. I ran a little diagnostics and it turned out that one of the sticks had died. The day before I had no problems and never before. The build is only 4 months old and I've been building custom PCs for 20 years so I'm pretty sure this isn't user error. The computer hasn't been overclocked and I turn it off every time I'm done with work. I'm very disappointed,

Worked as advertised - Internal

This was one of the cheapest RAM chips on my new motherboard's qualified suppliers list and ran at 3.6GHz. It doesn't have the best timing performance, but G.Skill RAM had a good reputation and was affordable. As expected, it ran at 3600 MHz. But speed tests (using Cinebench) showed that my system was just as fast or faster when running the RAM at 3000MHz. I don't know exactly why, but my research shows that this is typical. I ended up setting the RAM to 3200MHz and forgot about it. I don't…

32GB AMAZING! on Computers and Accessories

I was having problems with a previous DDR3 system running at 1600MHz dual channel, with some programs loading data on the fly, causing rendering and data issues. I've built an AMD system and wanted to make sure there weren't any more RAM frequency issues, 3600MHz DDR4 did the trick. At first I thought the heat shield was plastic, but it's a metal material and it actually works. I haven't tried overclocking as performance doesn't change much above 3600 on AMD machines anyway. Instead of pushing…

Works great at default speed and XMP speed on X470

I have an ASUS PRIME X470-PRO motherboard and an AMD Ryzen 7 2700X processor. It works fine at default frequencies of 2133MHz/1.2V, but to work at 3600MHz I need to enable XMP (DOCP) and increase the memory voltage from 1.35V to 1.4V. As far as I know, getting 3600MHz RAM at all working on Ryzen 2nd gen is a gamble in itself. Other than that, this RAM works great and as expected. Plugs into the motherboard with ease, and the huge heatsink easily wipes out RAM. Even at 1.4V, the temperature on…

Great value for money.

No, that's not the best memory. However, when it comes to DDR4 memory, there is little difference between good, great and best. For the price I couldn't find a store with these clocks/timings. I highly recommend this memory if you don't care about RGB/LED and if you don't need the best just to say you have the best. This memory will serve you well if you buy a quality motherboard and set up your XMP profile properly. So far I have 4 sticks on the X570 board and haven't had any problems with…
