After some research they will only fit Subaru vehicles with air suspension. If you don't have air springs, they won't fit.

these brackets do not fit for 2005 Subaru Legacy! Ordered these to replace the bearing mounts but Amazon let him down again!

I have a 2005 Legacy GT (turbocharged) and had the same issue as another reviewer who had a Moog K9559 strut mount on his 2005 Outback XT (also turbocharged). . The distance (center to center) between the studs on this part is about 4.75 inches and the stock strut mount on my car is about 5.25 inches. According to Revain, they fit in my car. I'm disappointed they don't fit me as I was planning on replacing the posts and supports tomorrow. The rest of the design makes a decent impression.

As other reviews have mentioned this will not fit Legacy 2005+. 2004 and earlier I do not know. I'm only posting this review to mention that the issue seems to be with the manufacturer (Gabriel). Gabriel's website lists this part (#142330) as fitting the 1990-2007 Subaru Legacy, 1998-2002 Forester and 1993-2001 Impreza.
