Gabriel Parish Management Software Review

This system has allowed me in some small way (as of yet) help my community with issues that they are having without their knowledge! Our priest needs this because he is out most nights working his tail off at work which I feel sometimes leaves our little group feeling kindof left behind as well since we do not see him often for confession etc.. It has everything I need in one place! There are no more emails floating around that say "need this done" but aren't getting attention because they're buried at bottom of email trail instead being addressed by their own priority list. This is our best tool for keeping track with everyone who comes through my door as well scheduling volunteers/staff from other parishes etc (it even allows us access via mobile phone!). It is easy to use and navigate. It has a variety of features that are very helpful for our needs. The price was also great! I like that it can sync with other platforms (eg: Dropbox). Sometimes when we try to save changes, the computer will freeze. We've had to close out several times and reopen the program. I love how much more organized my information is with this tool! It has been great for keeping up-to date records of membership changes & baptismal dates/dates lost etc.. The interface could be easier but that just comes from personal preference rather than any technical issues so not sure why anyone would dislike using Gabriels system over something else? This was one of our first purchases for online giving as we began transition from using paper checks in envelopes (in case they fell out!) The interface is very user friendly - I'm not technical by any means but am able get around this program easily enough! We've only been up about 3 weeks so can't speak too much at yet with how well things are working; however if there were something that did NOT work would be great feedback!! Ease of navigation! You don't need any previous knowledge while using this program; there is everything in its place for an ease-of learning experience with minimal assistance from support staff/programmer when needed (which isn’t often!).
