Gaggia Decalcifier Descaler Solution 250ml: Effective 🧪 Solution for Limescale Removal (Pack of 3 Bottles) Review

I haven't descaled my Gaggia Syncrony Logic in 6 years, assuming it's not required for filtered NYC tap water. Although the water flow was decent I finally got around to it. The pump stopped working after a week. Of course, due to excessive limescale, the bottleneck had blocked the steam valve/pipe and had to be repaired. Dear mistake! I'm sure the unit would have lasted a few more years without descaling, although it's less than if it was done regularly.

Works great High strength item. Works well for descaling internal parts of the machine that you cannot remove for cleaning. People who say one star + it didn't work need a DEEP CLEANING of their espresso machine. Yes, this involves physically disassembling and soaking the parts in cleaner to remove tar, acid, etc. from the brew head and screen. This may contain inkjet ink because it's hard to imagine what other ingredient could make a few grams of citric acid and a cup of water so expensive (and it's clear in the instructions that all this bottle is used every 3 months).
