Works great High strength item. Works well for descaling internal parts of the machine that you cannot remove for cleaning. People who say one star + it didn't work need a DEEP CLEANING of their espresso machine. Yes, this involves physically disassembling and soaking the parts in cleaner to remove tar, acid, etc. from the brew head and screen.
