Haven't actually used them yet as both machines are in stock but I spent a lot more money on a weather proof cup/phone holder and it didn't fit my car although they claim that it is suitable for every car. It looks like they will work much better with both cars. I can't wait to try them!

I used this product to keep my phone in my cup holder as intended. it all comes down to money. The product is cheaply made and you will be lucky if it lasts 6 months. I don't take much punishment and daily use weakens it. A week later, retractable boards worked mainly on one side. Shortly thereafter, the rubber phone holders begin to give way. The salvation is the rotating pins, which rotate to keep the phone from slipping between the side mounts.

You'll have to fiddle with orientation by extending the holder's handles into the cup holder. Not a deal killer, but can be annoying. Received the holder in mid-May and the foam came off in less than 2 months. Maybe because the foam was fixed with glue etc, for example with a seal that you remove from the back of the glue.
