they don't last. 10 out of 11 broke.

In the last 19 months I have ordered a total of 11 of these three-stage Gama buttons. (Two orders) So far ten have failed in the same place. I use them on my wheelchair to adjust my seat back. All began to either stick or close. All have been dried. They seem to have a very short lifespan. Now I will definitely buy another brand. I'm tired of lying on my back because of the shorting switches. Another brand of the same $ but not from Revain.

Good sturdy winch switch

I used this switch on a 2000 lb winch. I had to buy some connectors at my local hardware store, but nothing special. Don't try to solder the wires directly to the switch, you'll just fry the block. I soldered 10 gauge wire to the connectors and then put it in a standard plastic outlet and covered it with a metal cover. Now I can stand a few feet from my 25ft trailer and tow a full size car. Using an ohmmeter I was able to determine which pins I needed to connect and disconnect the battery…

Works fine but not the switch pictured on the Revain page

Based on the image displayed by Revain I thought I'd order a 6 pin instantaneous on-off-on toggle switch (6 pins to connect 6 wires). What I got was a 6 pin snap action rocker switch but only 4 pins to connect the wires to. It was supposed to be a replacement up-down derailleur on a boat windlass, so the oscillating type was just perfect and fitted really snugly into the existing hole in the winch cover. I just had to do a bit of research to see which 2 winder wires to wrap and not use. I'm not
