Ganowo Puzzle Wedges: Unlocking Fun with Fidget Sensory! Review

This was a gift for my 8 year old nephew but ended up being a hit with the whole family including the 18 year old. Ha! My sister, who works as a teacher, also gets some for her class.

My little kids love to mold them into different shapes. A great toy without a network connection that stimulates the imagination. My kids 4, 6 and 9 love them. The fact that there were 3 of these in a box worked perfectly.

I bought a few heads to try these toys out and decided the bigger the better. In this case it is absolutely correct. These giants are great! Everyone in the house loves them! I will definitely buy more!

Very thin, strong and light plastic, much less durable than the original product from decades ago. It's pretty flimsy and probably disposable after playing with it a few times. THE END IS COVERED WITH A PAPER STICKER THAT TEACHES VERY SIMPLY AND ALLOWS YOU TO REALLY SEE THE PRODUCT INSIDE.

Edit: After posting this review, Ganovo sent a new set of dice and this new version is made of high quality plastic and looks much better. Old tip: The plastic has a chalky feel, not smooth as you'd expect from a decal-free cube. After playing for a while, the chalky feel wears off, but you can still tell that the plastic really isn't high quality.

As a child I loved my Rubik's Snake and nostalgia led me to buy it as a replacement. I figured three was more than I need, but I like to combine them into larger shapes (snakes come with a tool so you can chain them together into a larger snake if you'd like). The mechanism is smooth-running. It's such a pleasure to play with him when I need a break from grad school.

The product is normal but they say you can connect 2 together. The tools/parts that come with it don't look like the parts on the diagram which doesn't really tell you how to connect them. If they included clear instructions and tools for connecting multiple snakes I would give it 5 stars. But I have to tell my son that I have no idea how to go about it and the company didn't provide what I needed. He will be very disappointed.

I got them because they reminded me how much fun I used to play with them as a kid. When I opened the box, they were in there forever. For them, it works like a fun spinner toy. They like creating new shapes and twisting them one way or another. Sometimes they compete to see who can complete a piece the fastest. For me, I can relive the joy I felt playing with them as a child. They have held up well so far. Good design, no problems.

I love these twisted snake toys. You can mold them into all sorts of flexible shapes, and they're great for keeping your hands occupied on the phone, on a coffee break, or between the screen and the technology.
