The best thing about gapjump is that it's so easy to use; there aren't too many options, or things you can do wrong (and end up spending ages trying something else). I appreciate how quick responses were to my questions, they always responded quickly! Sometimes it would be hard finding answers when you are looking up something specific in their system or if there is no answer available at that time but with gapjumpers support team was very helpful as well!! They take great pride of customer service which i appreciated greatly because sometimes companies can get so caught into making money off customers instead of actually helping them out like this one does

I like how they have created an app that allows you to create your own custom surveys, as well as customize them with questions specific to their needs in order to answer certain problems of theirs! The only issue is there are not many survey options available compared to other apps out here (Crowdrise). The ability to be able to make changes in real time is what I like best about this software, as well as being able to use it with other programs such as Salesforce or Microsoft Excel!
