This charge/data clip works great, only lasts about a month before clipping.

This charging/data clip works great, only it lasts about a month before the spring pin clip inside it breaks and if you're lucky it will hold together to only download data when you want it to Don't mind sitting while charging and holding it together, the manufacturer should change the design to turn it into a cradle charger instead of a clip. But I will keep buying them until I buy another watch with a charging/data cable.

Bad design and quality.

I love my Garmin watch but I hate this charger. I've always found it difficult to connect the watch. It takes several attempts to align it correctly. Even then, I sometimes find the watch not charging. Last week (I've had the watch for about a year now) when trying to charge the phone the plastic around the hinge broke. I don't charge my watch often. Maybe 2-3 times a month, but mostly only half a year because I run indoors in winter. I was very disappointed with the quality of this product and

Get at least a few of these.

I suspect there might be a reason for this as it has been discontinued and I suspect it is because of that clip. I love everything about Garmin but the clip design is questionable as there are many complaints about it breaking and I'm just glad there's a replacement for us still using Forerunner watches. Mine broke at the plastic where it holds the spring, which is not uncommon after all the reviews. I, like many others, wasn't rude to him at all, it's just that the plastic wears down over time

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Some errors

I would rather not give it a star. It turns out that this is the third order. which means 4 of them broke. The device is very badly processed! A small piece of plastic keeps breaking, causing the spring to fail. As far as I know I need this to charge my Garmin which I use for golfing. I haven't had the latter for a long time! I go golfing and now I can't use my Harmine. Is there another way to charge the Harmine? I'm a 76 year old female and I'm not rough on this data loading clip. I'm not…

This item was perfect

This item fits perfectly. Apparently I bent a cable on my other charger and thought my Garmin was junk until I tried my daughter's charger. I looked at Revain and quickly found the article. The reviews I saw looked like it would fit my Garmin Forerunner 210, so I ordered it (less than $25 I think). It quickly recharged my Garmin and I'm a happier runner now, staying charged even through my 20 mile training runs.

Pros
  • Top marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Available in black only

I ordered this to replace a broken charging clip and ordered another today. I've only had the clip for a few months and was very disappointed that I had to order another one. The part that attaches to the watch has split and it's not from overuse. Unfortunately I have a watch and need a way to charge it, so I'll order it again anyway. It works fine when it's not in pieces.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

We have a couple of Garmin GPS training watches (Forerunner 210 and 410) and we are very happy with them and Garmin's customer service when repairs are needed are . One of the things that could be improved is the loading/data clip. Devices that came with both watches still have issues - and this replacement for our 210 seems no different. wireless reading of data from pedometers and heart monitors. Since plugging into a charging station seems to be a common problem for users, it seems Garmin…
