Dash Mount Disc Missing

The seller claims this Garmin refurbished product is the same as the original, tested and guaranteed but that important element, d device. I had to order elsewhere and wait a week. Disappointing. Additionally, users should be aware that in order to use Alexa with your mobile phone, your Android phone must be running Android 6.0+, which is not clearly stated by the seller, otherwise it will NOT work.

Pros
  • High Support and Durability Test Scores
Cons
  • Empty

Good for Alexa, bad for directions!

Good for using Alexa. Terrible for cards! Terribly terrible! Google directions is better. I called the company and they said they use the same cards but they don't. I reported a terrible map bug, they never fixed it. You just don't have street pieces that existed as non-existent for decades! Tries to update maps.nope. I love that I can use Alexa with it and see who's texting me, but I have to use my phone for directions, which is annoying.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Good but not great

I love this GPS in the handheld GPS

I bought this GPS for work. As a service technician, I travel to many people's homes to fix their gas fireplaces. This GPS works great and even has Alexa built in. Also great for listening to music as it connects to your radio via Bluetooth. You have to speak clearly, otherwise he might not understand you, but that's not a big problem. The maps update fairly frequently and struggle to find new developments from time to time, maybe 1 time in 10. Again, no big deal, certainly better than using…

Garmin is good, Alexa is not so good.

I've been using Garmin since the early 2000's. I've always thought Garmin was a great GPS system. I have used several other brands and have never found a brand that is as easy to use as Garmin. This particular device contains the Revain Alexa. However, it only includes some of Alexa's features. I haven't found any practical restricted options. The device I received does not recognize voice commands. Looks like a bad block. I am returning the device and having used Revain Alexa for many years I…

What should be a car GPS!

Very satisfied with this unit. It definitely feels like Garmin has taken decades of experience building car GPS navigators and finally created a device that feels state-of-the-art. Accurate directions, nice big screen, fast UI and search (an issue for older Garmins), no shaky restrictions on saved locations or saved place names, wifi updates. Setting up and getting used to the Bluetooth connection was a bit patchy at first, but I got it right after a few days and it's working fine. Many people…

  • Satisfied so far

Horizontal screen only, Terrible movement, sometimes wild goose chase

A bit big if you have a small car with a smaller windshield. You cannot use this GPS in VERTICAL or PORTRAIT mode. I prefer portrait mode - it doesn't block the view as much as I think. But no, it has to be horizontal. I've been using this GPS for a few months now. Last week, as I drove down the Meadowbrook Parkway, this GPS navigator told me to unnecessarily exit the highway, circle around, and come back. What the hell? How do I report such stupid and dangerous bugs? I could easily see that he

Good GPS, with some problems.

Pros: *The display is large and clear. * Lane handling is as good as I've seen. * Design variances seem to update quickly (as far as I can tell from my limited testing). *Software can be updated over Wi-Fi, no need to connect to a computer. * When changing route due to blocked traffic (accident), it goes fine and fast. *The manual is integrated into the software. Difficult to read while driving. You wouldn't do that, would you? Please say "no". * You know, features that are just plain handy for
